Given how much fun Richmond was this last week, I think I should do that again.  Who else is thinking about it? Sat or Sun?

Other than that, probably a couple of route checks, and the LSS.  Can't do the ntwns (not that I usually do anyway, but after the accounts of last week's, I wish I had) - due to a meeting.  Bah.

I'm up for another Richmond sess. Sat better for me as I'm off to Cairo on Sun afternoon. But i don't mind either way. Can't RC this week, got a book club on Tue. I really do wander if it's worth giving up fun on the streets for 10 min talking about The Da Vinci Code followed by 2 hours bitching! Confused

For anyone planning HP on saturday it is the hyde park student relays. Races start at 2 pm and the course is basically around the serpentine so SR will be packed. Runners will be congregated at the bandstand near the east end of SR. I dont know what time the course will be marked out from.
More details are at http://www.union.ic.ac.uk/acc/crosscountry/hpr/

I enjoyed Richmond so much on Saturday, Sat works best for me. Last week was a trial run timing-wise, several of us are driving and the others know how to get there and who to cadge lifts off. So let's say meet at 10:15, aim to start at 10:30. Meet in the cafe car park again so anyone who's late can wait there till we come round again.

Now everyone knows the basic (inner) loop, we can split into further groups depending on what people want out of their skate. I'd like to do more loops next week (maybe try the outer loop) but ever so slightly slower.

Monday rest
Tuesday LFNS route check
Wednesday gym
Thursday poss gym or Stroll pre-route check
Friday LFNS marshalling
Saturday Richmond AM
Sunday Hillingdon AM followed by Stroll pm

I'm On call this Week so except for Biking to work every day I don't think I'll be doing much skating.

I'll try to convince Mark into going to Richmond Sat morning (that way if I get called he can give me a ride back home).

Fede.

Possibly up for hillingdon on sunday if not too early, and i can get a lift from someone.
Are u running LSS this week Mike, and if so when and where?

Other than that my week looks like
Mon : 2 x 30mins sprint intervals on bike (aka commuting to/from work!), 60 mins cardio class at gym
Tues: see Mon
Wed: see Mon
Thurs: see Mon but minus gym
Fri: see Thurs
Sat/Sun : would love to skate but generally too knackered to cycle to the park, let alone put on skates Rolling Eyes

It should be on as usual.  No LSS or usual monthly free lesson on the weekend of 25th/26th though, I'm not likely to be in the Park.
