Tuesday: Tatem this evening. Adrian W will be there again. I will be there, but still not in any condition to skate properly, so will probably just have a roll. Just changed the dressing on my knee and it is still u-g-l-y underneath.

Unsure about the rest of the week for my attendance as depends how tonight is.

Tatem unlikely today, my leg doesn't bend too well.  Maybe Thursday.
See if I can get a go on the lfns bike on Friday
Pls confirm me tentatively for Sunday sprints (as in, I don't actually know I'll be away at the weekend)

So my week will look like this...
Mon: Short run
Tues: Short run/rest
Wed: Puma 10k challenge (running)
Thurs: Possibly tatem or rest
Fri: School leavers day!!
Sat: RESTING
Sun: Cycle race (40miles)

Anyone for Tatem in the morning?  Depends on whether it's dry and whether I wake up, but may be there from around 11

Big zero for training for me this week. Not even a bit of swimming. Feel shame...

Was actually 11:40, and got about, oh, 45 minutes in before it started raining.  Still, I logged about 40km of cycling getting there and back (via the vic) so not a completely wasted day

Looking at the forecast, I now won't be there.
