monday: 90 minutes at hp+ some hill work in nottingg hill on empty roads then 1k swim at pool
tuesday: skate or cicle to work, evening or morning swim
wednesday: skate to work and wednesday skate:
thursday: skate to work and roller disco or swim
friday swim in morning, skate to work and fns
any training session this week at hp, coz i finish work at 7 pm and thta is only place i can get to fast |

Wed - enforced rest
Thu - enforced rest (how dare he go out 2 days in a row and leave me to babysit )
Fri - LFNS

Tue: doing my tax computation...
Wed: long skate
Thur: technique session
Fri: rest
Sat and Sun: maybe some little skating
All these skating-plans are due to weather conditions. The forecast ist not too good for this week... |

Bit of a cross training week for me...
Mon: 20k slow slow recovery cycle.
Tues: Team training
Wed: Intervals, including my one and only "hill"
Thurs: Team training
Fri: undecided...
Sat: Run (yes run) a 7.5k night race in Hamburg (I got free entry  )
Sun: Recover from running, maybe do a skate tour |

| I plan to make it to tatem tomorrow, will bring the video camera too. Forgot to add that I will probably be on the fixed too, if anyone wants a go. |

Oh, hmm, there's a possibility. Richmond has hills ...
And if Eastway is booked, that seems like a good option. What kind of time? I can probably get there for 7ish, depending on the district line
