I'd like to join a training session before formally signing up - just to see what a speed team looks like....
I live in SW7 so Hyde park or richmond areas would be great.
Any invitations? |

We go to Richmond Park on Sat mornings and occasionally Thu evenings.
We don't really train in Hyde Park, too many people and horses ( unless it's the Sunday morning sprints or Mike's lessons ). Check out the Training thread for weekly goings-on |

Hey Hil,
Definitely feel free to come along any time! No rush to sign up and commit. We're all just a bunch of skaters who do it cos we love it, not here to take every last potential skating buddy's money
As Sol said RP thurs/sat, HP sundays, and regular training at Tatem park on tuesdays are the best times to come along. Tues/Sun are more structured sessions, RP tends to be a group of us skating about for a while... 20/30km. |

| ps. don't read too much into the Speed Team aspect. Most of the team are in it to get a little faster, but mainly just for the enjoyment/fitness aspect of it all. |

Hey Hil, hope you enjoyed the run out yesterday.
Richmond is a challenging circuit and you did well - it does get easier.
Come say hello to us whenever you're on Serpentine Road, and we can try pass on some tips etc. It's not all about speed, mainly being efficient via good technique. |
