Fede dearest, don't forget to check the site (or wap.lfns.co.uk on your mobile - around 5pm) to see if it's on or not. |
Hehe. Won't forget
Sorry, not going tonight. I'm Knackered. Bought me a bike and I've been riding to/from work since Wednesday.
Planning in doing the Sunday one though. |

OK - I was thinking of skating from our house, which is just the other side of Richmond Bridge (though the Roehampton Gate is miles away - I'll be knackered before we start!) If I'm not there, perhaps you could start by skating towards the Star and Garter Gate, to see if I'm still puffing my way along? I have a feeling this could be a slightly scary experience. |
Tammy, I can pick you up on my way to the park |

I don't think I'll be able to make Richmond within the next hour... That'll be teach me for not turning on my pc y'day. Oh well there's always the LSS at 3pm. And Tatem on Sunday (at least it's kinda close to me so no excuse!).
Now time for some salopette shopping! |

We've been skating!
My Junkers have seen a real road the first time in their life
Was really cool, have done about 5 km and no pain or pronating at all. Now I am happy |

| I had my best ever Richmond training session yesterday, 8 people! it was so great to train with so many others. Hans & I went again this morning, to try and get me over my fear of that downhill. Hasn't worked yet (I t-stopped round both bends), but I'll get there in the end. Then another great marshals training session wiht Mike and the Stroll. |
