Going to be in the park tomorrow (Sunday ) early at 9am ish (when its nearly empy) to do some training. You are welcome to join me if you so desire
Yes it will be cold and yes it’s early… but to paraphrase the words of Lance Armstrong:
"...you train for the pain and not the pleasure"

I'm up for a skate this beautiful morning, but the earliest I could be somewhere would be 10.30 (it's 09.45 now!). My first skate of the year....
RP would be my preference but HP maybe possible.... any other suggestions or offers? |

I think you mean week commencing 30/01/06 - we should go back to starting the week with Mondays, not Sundays. |

I am going to try to resume regular saturday training. let me know if you go to Richmond park. I am afraid I won't see much of Hans if I manage to join him. |

That's why it's called "the weekend", yes.
Don't think I have anything special planned for this week. LFNS RC is usual place Tuesday at 8, and I'm leading it (cackle). Will post here if anything changes
Might do a NTWNS if I can get some bearings for my crossmax. |

Yes, would be nice to not be the only one to watch Hans and Gav disappear into the distance (and that was on a warm-up lap!). |

| Saturday in Richmond Park sounds good (she said in first flush of enthusiasm). I'm told there are some hills there. When? Where? |

| I could be convinced to come to Richmond Pk if there's a few peeps going of a similar level with me (ie not skated much in the last year or so... *feel shame and all that*). Not too early for me though (coming from N4). |

Mine too. Weekdays are more regular so it's just ocnfirmation of the usual stuff weekends need a bit more notice which is why they are the end of the week and not the beginning.
Route check is really down to Dan. He's done the alpha and beta route checks. This one should be the final gamma that actually gets skated on Friday. I have followed doctors orders for the 4 days now and would like to skate again tomorrow. I won't decide on what I am doing for the rest of the week until after the skate. If there is no route check and it's dry, fancy a blast around anyway? |

| Dan's route check is planned for tomorrow, 8pm. Nice and easy for the first 20 mins or so, as I need to warm up. |
