ok, i'm gonna be sensible this week and despite wanting to go to tatem and get some gav guidance* I won't.
wednesday - londonskate marshal
thursday - intervals & technique (venue tbc)
friday - lfns marshal
sat - rc, evening richmond (or earlier than usual morning session)
sunday - ?? intervals ??
*which rocks, although so does hans / mike guidance |

Plans kind of fluid this week as it all depends on how long it takes before I can walk without cursing again. Only thing I'm committed to is "spinning" on Friday.
[ edit: and I vaguely recall Mike's doing something on Saturday which I shall probably do if I can find out what. And sprints on Sunday ]

Going to take it relatively easy this week.
Mon- rest
Tues- Tatem (I think Malcolm Chapman will also be down for this)
Wed- rest
Thurs- Tatem Sprint intervals if I feel good, if not REST.
Fri- Zandvoorde!  
Sat- Zandvoorde!
Sun- Zandvoorde! |

TUE - Tatem .... am I glad, that some people will be at Tatem today ... I had worries that you would all be too trashed by the LIM 
My rest of the week is very uncertain as I am on standby for a project in Malta again ... nope, no beach and sunshine only airconditioned office from dusk till open end at night.  |

Fri: LFNS (I think, but as I have not been on the beer for two weeks I mite just get drunk on a shandy)
Sat: Richmond (for the first time. If Turbo Tanya is going early I will be up for this) then LSFC
Sun: Traning with Mike then SS |

I enjoyed Eastway so much on Sunday that I am going back tonight for a cycle race 
Tue: Cycle race Eastway
Wed: Swim Serpentine
Thu: Run?
Fri: Rest
Sat: Swim+Run
Sun: Cycle
I am not skating this week to give my feet and knees a chance to recover from the LIM. |
