Tuesday - rained off

I will be training on the ice on Wednesday, and not training Thursday.

Friday morning I will be looking to skate at Richmond or Hillingdon for a lengthy interval-based session. Hans?

Sunday is the LSST race @ Tatem (everyone should be there!!!)

Monday I will be up for lengthy training again, but in all likelihood this will not be a long skate in the countryside. More likely Richmond.

Thu: Tatem if anyone else will be there
Fri/Sat (whichever): Richmond
Fri afternoon/evening: possibly LFNS unofficial second RC, then LFNS lead
Sat: tarting (ed: shurely "technique work"?) in Park, maybe Stroll RC
Sun: races @ Tatem

Friday - LFNS (dan promised me Madrid)

Sunday - I'll go to the races and get me a good seat .. where I can i sit and see the most falls!! i was thinking the on the far bank probably close to the middle Laughing

I just negotiated my freedom to go to Tatem tonight and then the rain came Sad

I think I'll go over tomorrow evening (Wednesday) from 6:15 ish to closing time for a few sprints, starts and 10 minute sessions.

Thu - Maybe a bike ride or LFNS route check probably on my own
Fri - Maybe LFNS or Infinity Skate route check then LFNS
Sat - Skate to town via Richmond, Stroll Route check, Mozza BBQ pack car for Sunday
Sun - Tatem Park not much skating
Mon - I'll count it as it's a long weekend - Infinity Skate tarting.

Yup, definintely WED 18:30 Victoria Park (technique and pyramid 1-5min. medium to fast)
THU - fly to Berlin (i.e. joggin at the airport) Wink

FRI - rain Sad

(so we might end up at the gym)

Easterweekend is supposed to be nice so we will do some really looooong distances on the black-ice 100k rink in the Flaeming .... Very Happy

Me and Fede are going to Richmond Thu evening at around 7 if anyone else wants to join us. They close the car gates at 7.30 so we should have the park to ourselves for at least 1/2 hour-45min.
