Mon: nice slow skate (with a bit of playin') with Merten and Mareike
Tue: Rest day and road rash recovery
Wed: long skate with Mareike probably
Thur: Team Training
Fri: Rest day and girl's party
Sat: Rest day and cooking party
Sun: 15k race in HH
Sounds like a pretty good week  |

| I suspect not, given the weather forecast, although of course I hope it's wrong. I've moved a lesson forward to tomorrow morning to try to avoid the rain. |

Monday - off
Tuesday - frame alignment work and LFNS route check
Wednesday - Leading LondonSkate so no exercise - more final frame alignment and mini technique work
Thursday - Rest/carbo load
Friday - Rest/pack/carbo load
Saturday - Rest/Travel
Sunday - Duisberg Marathon
Since it is a long weekend, Monday - Time Trials, Hillingdon
Basically - no hard really training. Wanting to do gentle stuff only to keep the knees bending trying to make sure my glycogen is topped up for a good first race of the year for me. |

Ok, not going to race this weekend. Instead I've decided to do Hillingdon Sunday (leaving from oxford circus 9.30am) and Monday (to support the blokes)
Also doing Richmond on Saturday afternoon - Linda any preference for time? I'd maybe suggest an early evening session be there for about 6?, so leave london about 5 from Hyde Park. I actual don't care when as long as it's after 4pm. (don't finish work till 2pm and need to get back to my house etc) |
