Depressingly true. Especially going up stairs (while trying to analyse my arm swing without thinking about it hard enough that I notise and it becomes unnatural)
Mon: er, nothing
Tue: route check
Wed: nearly nothing (LondonSkate). Might attempt a stroll pre-RC check before the londonskate starts
Thu: Tatem if anyone else is likely to, otherwise watching Blakes 7 DVD
Fri: LFNS (but probably scouting)
Sat: Richmond, Stroll RC
Sun: nearly nothing (leading Stroll)
In short, not a lot except Richmond, unless anyone else is interested in Tatem on Thursday |

What ?!?! You are still "walking" up stairs ??
You are not nuts enough yet, it seems. You should be SKIP-P-P-P-PING up using the full width of the steps (office stairs are particularly good for this as they tend to be wider than those ladders built into some houses over here... ) whilst concentrating on the armswing AND the inwardly turned big toe on the drawing-back-phase |

Good session at tatem yesterday, thanks guys! I was still rather exhausted from the weekend so we took it pretty easy.
See Members section for the secret drink formula concoction we discovered last night |
